 Yeah, we stopped using them in the 80's! Use twisters now, but most of use just use the little laces in the bottom of the leg hem.

 It is my cousins. I believe it is based around a USMC M4, he modded with the Knight RIS Handguard, Suppressor and downgrip. Now he's got a collapsible stock and better sights.
